Welcome to our Website!
Tá fáilte roimh go léir chuig ár súiomh idirlíon. We are very proud to welcome you all to our school website. Through this window we invite you to take a virtual tour of our school as you look into our thriving and busy classroom life in The Mercy Convent. We feel it is important to share these precious moments with our parents and prospective parents as the search for a school suitable for their child. School life here is so varied and all our children are exposed to many learning opportunities. We love to capture these memories on camera on a regular basis and post them on our website and social media channels for the enjoyment of all our school community.
New Beginnings
We are so excited to be starting our journey in our brand new, three storey 32 classroom building, associated support rooms, library and large PE hall. The future is certainly bright! Each classroom is fitted out to the highest standard with integrated storage areas, the most up to date modern IT equipment, including interactive whiteboards.
To match the new building inside we are fortunate to have a 3G astro surface, playground and geodome outside and we are so delighted to be finally in our amzing new campus!!
Next Generation EU
This school received a grant in 2021 to implement initiatives aimed at addressing the digital divide and support our learners at risk of educational disadvantage as a consequence, as part of the Irish National Recovery and Resilience Plan (NRRP) a project under the Recovery and Resilience Facility funded by the European Union through NextGenerationEU. This funding was used to provide Ipads and trolleys to classes, upgrade interactive boards and to promote digitallearning throughout the school
